• All group excursions are subject to confirmation upon reaching a minimum number of participants.
• In case of tour cancellation by the provider, the amount paid will be fully refunded or an alternative
  date will be offered.
• Please arrive at the meeting point at least 10 minutes before the scheduled departure time to avoid
  delays.
• In case of delay, please contact the provider promptly, using the details indicated at the bottom of the
  first page.
• Excursions are refundable if cancelled at least 48 hours prior to the departure date.
• This voucher must be presented (also in digital format) to the guide or tour leader when boarding.
• The guide will provide information about any optional activities or services available, along with their
  additional costs.
• For bus tours, minor delays due to traffic may occur. Please ensure you are at the correct meeting point
  and that your phone is switched on, using the number provided at the time of booking.
• For experiences subject to weather conditions, the service may be delayed or cancelled by the provider up
  to the day of the experience in case of adverse weather.
