Before you write to us
How much does the travel design service cost?
The first consultation and the proposal come with no obligation. For private tours and packages our work is already included in the price shown in the quotation. For Concierge bookings with other suppliers, a 7% assistance fee is added and always shown before you confirm.
How far in advance should I contact you?
The sooner you write, the more choice we have, especially from June to September and for weddings and events. For urgent requests we reply within 12 hours and organise based on current availability.
Do you also organise corporate events and weddings?
Yes: incentives, team building, reward trips, weddings and celebrations, with a single contact for all suppliers.
What if the weather changes?
For boat experiences, the captain decides. If an activity is cancelled, we offer you an alternative or a new date, or a refund as set out in our Terms and conditions.
